Upon check-in, I found the room to be unclean with leftover food and hair visibly scattered around. The bathroom had a foul smell coming from a leaking pipe, and I had issues with the air conditioning on the second day. Despite multiple requests for assistance, it took too long for the staff to respond, which left me feeling quite frustrated during my stay.

The location is excellent, close to Mt. Lavinia beach and local attractions. the noise from Galle Road makes it hard to sleep.

The staff, genuinely kind and helpful, made me feel at home. there were a few drawbacks. No kettle was in the room, which was inconvenient. The absence of an AC remote made temperature control challenging. The bathroom needed more thorough cleaning as there was an unpleasant odor. Despite these issues, the great staff and enjoyable location made it worth my stay. I look forward to returning.
